Day 1 Education Sessions

Fellow Education (9:00am – 2:30pm)
The purpose of the course is to educate fellows on fertility preservation options and survivorship care for cancer patients across the reproductive life cycle. The course will be comprised of didactic presentations given by leaders in the field interspersed with complex clinical cases that will be reviewed in interdisciplinary teams.

This session is designed to allow clinicians and researchers interested in male reproductive health and infertility to discuss current and future research endeavors through the NPC.

Global Partners (9:00am-11:30am)
This annual meeting invites all international attendees to facilitate communication and collaboration amongst the Oncofertility Global Partners Network. Presenters will give updates on recent advances at their home institutions and other Global Partners projects will be discussed and opportunities for future collaborations will be explored.

Pediatric Initiative Network – Issues and Opportunities (9:00am-11:30am)
This is the annual in-person meeting of the NPC’s Pediatric Initiative Network (PIN). This session is designed to help clinicians and researchers interested in pediatrics to share best practices and discuss potential research endeavors in the field.

This session will focus on the ethical considerations in fertility preservation, specifically posthumous reproduction.

Interdisciplinary Oncofertility Care (3:00pm-5:30pm)
This meeting will offer nurses, navigators, and research coordinators a platform to discuss how oncofertility care is delivered in their home institutions. The session will be led by oncofertility leaders at variety of institution types, from large academic centers to global institutions. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions for an extensive Q&A session.
