Is this a virtual conference?
All conference activities will be held in person. Virtual access to “Oncofertility 101 Course” on Monday, Oct 13, 2025 (8am-12pm EDT) is available. Please visit REGISTRATION page.

Where will this conference take place?
All conference activities will take place at The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit, 1114 Washington Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226, USA. (google maps)

Do I need to register for this conference?

Yes, you’ll need to register for this conference. Please visit the REGISTRATION page. After registration, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration which will also include a receipt for your payment.How much does it cost to attend the conference?
There are different rates for early and late registrations. For details and deadlines, please visit the REGISTRATION page.

Is there a conference rate for the hotel?

A block of rooms has been reserved with a special conference rate at The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit, 1114 Washington Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226, USA. Please go to the HOTEL page and make your reservation before the deadline. Should you miss the deadline, email us at (oncofert@msu.edu) and we will see if the hotel has any rooms available that they would be willing to give us the conference rate.

Are refunds available?
We are unable to offer refunds.

What time zone is Detroit, Michigan, USA?
Detroit is in the Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) Zone during our conference days October 13-15, 2025, and that is 4 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-4).

Can I submit an abstract?
Yes. If you would like to submit an abstract, go to the ABSTRACTS page. Please submit your abstract before the deadline. We will send you an email to tell you if your abstract is accepted or not. If accepted, you should register and attend the conference in person to present your abstract.

Will the conference sessions be video recorded?
No, the conference sessions will not be recorded.
