Welcome to the 17th Annual Conference of the Oncofertility Consortium. This year’s conference is hosted at The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit, 1114 Washington Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226, USA.
Online Registration & Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits are offered by Henry Ford Health. You will need to register for this conference via the online registration link below. After registration, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration for the conference which will also include a receipt for your payment. International registrants who need an additional letter to issue the Entry Visa for the USA can email us at (oncofert@msu.edu).

CME Credits available (click here for more details):
- All 3 days (with the Oncofertility 101 course on day 1) = 20.50
- All 3 days (but not with the Oncofertility 101 course on day 1) = 16.75
- Day 1 (with the Oncofertility 101 course on day 1) = 9.0
- Day 1 (Oncofertility 101 course only) = 3.75
- Day 2 = 7.50
- Day 3 = 4.0
