You are cordially invited to attend the 1st Annual UF Health Fertility Preservation Symposium. The event will take place on April 27, 2019, in the Harrell Medical Education Building on the University of Florida campus in Gainesville, Florida. Molly Moravek, MD, who serves as IVF Medical Director and Director of the Fertility Preservation Program at the University of Michigan, will be delivering the keynote address. The event is led by Alice Rhoton-Vlasak, MD, who is a professor at the University of Florida’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Attendees can look forward to topics including Oncofertility, Ovarian Tissue Freezing, Sperm Banking, Care of Post-Treatment Reproductive Issues, and Building a Fertility Preservation Program, among others. Physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, residents, fellows, students, and other healthcare personnel are encouraged to attend. Physicians may obtain up to 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, and nurses, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and mental health counselors may receive up to 6.0 contact hours.
