On Wednesday, October 2, Jacqueline S. Jeruss, MD, PhD, the Co-Director of Oncology of the Oncofertility Consortium’s National Physicians Cooperative, will join the program to discuss oncofertility. Dr. Jeruss is an Associate Professor within the Department of Surgery and a member of the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center at Northwestern University. Dr. Jeruss is a surgeon-scientist focused on the care of patients with breast cancer, the study of novel cancer therapeutics, and the intersection between cancer and fertility preservation. For the NPC, Dr. Jeruss represents the interests and concerns of oncologists. She assists in the management of the NPC by providing clinical guidance with respect to oncology issues.
