      •      Case2: A 16 yo F relapsed with localized rhabdomyosarcoma 6 months off therapy and is sent for fertility consult for potential tissue cryopreservation prior to starting new therapy. They did not have fertility preservation prior to their treatment upfront; they have already met high level of risk therapy per the PAC risk stratification.  Which procedure(s) would you offer?
      •      Case1: A 15 yo F with a history of Ewing Sarcoma and now wishes to pursue fertility preservation 1 year after completion of therapy. AMH testing shows a value of 0.4 ng/mL. Would you offer fertility preservation procedures such as oocyte OR embryo cryopreservation?
