Cook Children’s Medical Center

Cook Children's is a free standing children's hospital located in Fort Worth, Texas.   Though based within our Hematology and Oncology Center, our Fertility Program provides fertility risk assessment counseling and appropriate referrals to patients whose medical treatment may have long-term implications for their fertility.  We partner with the Departments of Surgery and Urology, as well as local reproductive endocrinology clinics to provide access to fertility preservation services for our patients.
