Duke Fertility Center

The Duke Fertility Center provides fertility preservation services for males and females. We are committed to offering timely (within 48 hours) consultation for urgent fertility preservation needs, and we perform both inpatient and outpatient consultations. We offer counseling regarding fertility risk after gonadotoxic treatment, random-start IVF with oocyte or embryo cryopreservation, sperm cryopreservation, and survivorship care, including hormone replacement therapy. We have financial counselors and a nurse manager who help each patient apply for fertility preservation assistance programs, such as Livestrong or Heartbeat foundation. We are committed to offering Livestrong's set prices for procedures. We have a packaged reduced price for oocyte/embryo cryopreservation for medical indications. Patients may be eligible for philanthropic funding specific to Duke Health.
