Extend Fertility is the very first service in the U.S. dedicated exclusively to women choosing to proactively freeze their eggs. We recognize that the physical and emotional needs of women interested in fertility options are vastly different from the needs of women struggling with infertility issues. We have a robust oncofertility program that allows women who are interested in fertility preservation (egg or embryo) to have a unique experience separate from couples who are trying to conceive.  We provide a cost conscious model for all our patients, but offer additional discounts for our oncofertility patients.
