We offer fertility preservation for pediatric oncology/hematology and bone marrow transplant patients. We offer sperm banking, ovarian cryopreservation and testicular cryopreservation through our IRB-approved research protocol and our partnership with University of Pittsburgh Women and Children's Center. We have a robust referral network to provide oocyte cryopreservation through an outside fertility center. We will be offering fertility preservation options for trans-sexual patients in the near future.

We have grant funding to cover the cost of processing, shipping and storage for the first year for qualifying patients who are at high risk for infertility.
