Karen Dyer, PhD and Gwendolyn Quinn, PhD published their article, Cancer and fertility preservation in Puerto Rico: a qualitative study of healthcare provider perceptions in Supportive Care in Cancer. They identified several barriers to FP in Puerto Rico such as high cost in relation to income levels, lack of insurance coverage, and gaps in provider knowledge.
