In 2011, Oncofertility Consortium member, Laxmi Kondapalli, MD, MSCE, started Colorado’s first fertility preservation program for cancer patients at CU School of Medicine. Recently, Dr. Kondapalli was featured in CU’s philanthropy magazine, Creating Futures, at a fundraising event she hosted entitled, Cocktails for a Cure at CU Cancer Center. The CU Foundation’s biannual magazine tells the stories of the $1.5 billion Creating Futures fundraising campaign, and celebrates philanthropy at the University of Colorado.
