Oncofertility Conference: Poster Sessions
Poster Session Details: Wednesday, November 2nd
This year’s scientific posters will be on display in Prentice Women’s Hospital (250 E. Superior Street, Chicago, IL 60611) on Wednesday, November 2nd during dedicated poster sessions during the day (10:30am and 2:15pm) as well as the evening poster reception at 5:15pm.
- Tackboards are 4×6 feet (horizontal orientation only)
- Recommended poster size is 3×5 feet
- Have your posters up by 10am on Wednesday, November 2nd
- We do not have space to accomodate them early, bring them with you on the 2nd
- Poster sessions take place on Wednesday, November 2nd at 10:30AM, 2:15PM and during the 5:15 evening reception
- You (or your designated representative) must be present during each session to answer questions
